Provide responses to lab services RFPs/RFIs for government and commercial clients
Support proposal process from receipt to submission and pipeline tracking
Create and maintain SharePoint sites for proposals/RFIs
Track proposal status in Salesforce.com from RFP through award
Create and distribute reports for pipeline meetings
Assist proposal managers with pricing and budgets for RFIs/RFPs

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Biology, Business or related field
2 years of related work experience
Strong organizational and analytical skills; multi-tasking
Project management skills; able to work independently and in a team
Excellent communication; participate or lead proposal meetings
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; fluent in English
