🎯 Requirements

- 1+ year managing or mentoring other team members.
- Strong proficiency in property-level hospitality accounting, cash flow forecasting, and portfolio-level reporting.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
- Excellent understanding of GAAP, USALI, and related financial regulations and compliance.
