📋 Description

• Manage on-site team to exceed responsibilities.
• Drive overall property performance across HR, leasing, ops, and resident relations.
• Develop annual renewal and marketing campaigns to hit leasing goals.
• Maintain the property budget and approve expenses that exceed it.
• Lead all turnover activities for the property.
• Oversee security needs and implement new protocols with maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or comparable student housing/PM experience.
• 4+ years in leasing or operations in student housing or residential PM.
• People management experience and ability to motivate and build a team.
• Exceptional customer service and resident relations track record.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Eagerness to provide the best resident experience.
