🎯 Requirements
- Must have an active Georgia Real Estate License
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in residential or commercial property management
- Cost and revenue management experience, highly preferred
- Tech savvy and experienced in property management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
