Oversee long-term property management and value creation.
Manage daily ops and budgets for operating and capex.
Lead capex projects and strategic portfolio initiatives.
Be the main client contact, coordinating with suppliers and facility managers.
Ensure lease compliance and review lease terms, warranties and insurance topics.
Prepare short- and long-term budgets and plans; optimize financial performance.

🎯 Requirements

An entrepreneurial personality with a degree in Real Estate, Engineering.
At least 5 years of property/asset management experience.
Hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership.
Technical and commercial business sense.
Strong responsibility, finance, risk, quality, organization and planning focus.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
