Serve as first contact for escalated resident concerns with prompt resolution
Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams; delegate and mentor
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to manage projects and standards
Oversee daily ops including leasing, resident relations, admin tasks, upkeep, and KPIs
Manage high volumes of requests from residents and corporate with professionalism

🎯 Requirements

Prior property management experience required
Experience with Class A multifamily communities preferred
Hospitality background encouraged
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication with a sense of urgency
Lead and motivate on-site teams
