Conduct inspections before/after stays; document issues via task systems.
Restock consumables and inventory to maintain FCS readiness.
Leave hospitality touches such as gifts and welcome notes for guests.
Handle basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with Maintenance for larger issues.
Support turnovers with bedmaking, decor resets, tidying, and trash removal.
Respond quickly to urgent in-stay guest needs when dispatched.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in hospitality/property care or related field
Detail-oriented and reliable
Able to follow checklists and brand standards
Physically able to lift 25+ lbs and stand/walk
Strong communication and service-minded attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
