🎯 Requirements
- Residential property inspection or property management experience preferred
- Basic understanding of residential home systems and common repair issues
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Proficiency with AppFolio, CRM, or similar systems (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
