  • Process mail flow; distribute mail; file resident correspondence in lease files.
  • Update emergency procedures per CIM Group; keep vendor/resident contact info current.
  • Coordinate lease renewals and monitor monthly renewal status.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; knowledge of accrual accounting.
  • 1 year residential property management experience; multi-property management.
  • Yardi experience; Nexus Payables; Yardi Renters Insurance interface.
  • Strong communication; interpret leases and financials.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license.
