- 1 year residential property management experience; multi-property management.
- Yardi experience; Nexus Payables; Yardi Renters Insurance interface.
- Strong communication; interpret leases and financials.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency.
- Valid driver's license.
