  • Receive and direct incoming calls; greet tenants/visitors.
  • Schedule meetings and conference room usage; coordinate events.
  • Prepare invoices; code and process accounts payable for payment.
  • Generate tenant billings (rent and above-standard invoices) monthly.
  • Create and enter work order requests; distribute to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain on-site records (insurance, files); notify management of upcoming dates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • One year of office/clerical experience in a commercial office.
  • MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Nexus Payables or similar software.
  • Familiar with Yardi or similar software.
  • Read/interpret documents; write simple correspondence; present information.
