  • Answer, direct, and route incoming calls; greet tenants/visitors.
  • Schedule meetings and use of conference rooms.
  • Process accounts payable and generate tenant billings monthly.
  • Create and enter work orders; distribute to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain on-site records including insurance certificates and files.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, vendors; escalate issues to management.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • One year of office/clerical experience in a commercial setting.
  • MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Nexus Payables or similar.
  • Familiar with Yardi or similar software.
  • Experience with property management office operations; valid driver's license.
