Investigate and document property claims, including policy review and statements.
Manage inspections, reserves, estimates, and settlements.
Communicate and negotiate with customers, contractors, and public adjusters.
Desk-based adjusting role supporting customers during challenging times.
Provide coaching and mentorship within the claims team when needed.
Handle moderate severity losses independently and professionally.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of property claims experience
Estimating skills for losses
Excellent written and verbal communication
Adjuster license in home state or multi-state eligibility
Field claims experience is a plus
Empathetic interpersonal skills and customer focus
