📋 Description

• Assist daily operations for assigned vacation homes.
• Manage owner and guest relations, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Support cross-functional teamwork across the team.
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
• Respond to guest and owner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets.
• Conduct regular inspections before guest and owner arrivals.

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality/hotel/vacation experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience in housekeeping, maintenance or similar.
• Strong time management and ability to handle interruptions.
• High attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps.
• Travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation.
