📋 Description

• Manage an assigned portfolio of vacation rental homes.
• Handle owner and guest relations and queries.
• Perform light maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Inspect properties prior to guest/owner arrivals.
• Collaborate with the team on issues and process improvements.
• Travel between worksites as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality or vacation rental experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in housekeeping or maintenance.
• Excellent time management; able to handle interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with mobile apps and tablets.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation.
