Property Caretaker

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of homes including guest/owner relations, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Support daily ops and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency.
• Conduct pre-arrival inspections for guests and owners.
• Respond to guest and homeowner inquiries via emails, calls, and tickets.
• Assist in onboarding new units and partner with BD and management.
• Other duties as assigned in hospitality.

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality or vacation rental experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping, maintenance or similar
• Strong time management and ability to switch tasks
• Attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps
• Willing to travel frequently between worksites
