- Resolve guest/homeowner concerns; escalate with management on issues.

🎯 Requirements
- Experience in hotel, hospitality or vacation industry preferred.
- Minimum 1 year in housekeeping, maintenance or similar role.
- Excellent time management; adaptable to interruptions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and apps.
- Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation.
- Dependable, self-motivated; works well independently.
- Comfortable talking to people—online or in person; clear communicator.
