📋 Description

  • Assist daily operations for assigned portfolio of homes; identify improvements.
  • Respond to guest/homeowner inquiries via emails, calls, tickets.
  • Perform light maintenance (bulbs, hinges, unclog toilet).
  • Inspect homes prior to guest/owner arrivals.
  • Resolve guest/homeowner concerns; escalate with management on issues.
  • Assist Business Development and management on new units.
  • Provide cross-functional team support as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned; hospitality is dynamic.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality or vacation industry preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year in housekeeping, maintenance or similar role.
  • Excellent time management; adaptable to interruptions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and apps.
  • Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation.
  • Dependable, self-motivated; works well independently.
  • Comfortable talking to people—online or in person; clear communicator.
