🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, with at least 1-2 years managing people
  • Startup environment experience is required
  • Strong general ledger fluency; trace transactions and reconcile accounts
  • Comfortable managing multiple bank accounts and money movement
  • Experience with operational accounting (end-to-end ownership)
  • People management skills: led teams and held people accountable
  • Strong communicator who can translate accounting concepts for non-accountants
