- Review prorations, allocations, adjustments, and charge/credit logic

- Define standards and terminology for controllers and onsite teams
- Capture best practices and edge cases into durable standards
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in multifamily property accounting or controllership (PMC/owner-operator/REIT)
- Deep knowledge of GL and sub-ledgers, resident ledgers, deposits, and close; US GAAP
- CPA or similar credentials
- Comfortable communicating with client accounting/operations/leasing teams
- Crisp stakeholder communications, including writing & presentations
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
