Prompt Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and author core behavior prompts for Cantina bots across text, voice, image, and video.
• Identify key traits and create datasets and prompt structures to reproduce them.
• Prototype bot traits and features via prompt engineering; iterate with evaluation.
• Balance short-term feature development with long-term behavioral consistency.
• Collaborate with research to build behavioral evaluations of bot performance.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to translate ideas into scalable prompt systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience prompting LLMs end-to-end.
• Strong experience writing, testing, and iterating multi-step prompts.
• Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and quirks.
• Experience creating datasets and evaluating model outputs with ML or product teams.
• Background in psychology, sociology, linguistics related to personality and dialect.
• Methodical, hypothesis-driven experimentation and iteration.
