📋 Description

  • Own the end-to-end learning ecosystem for AI Services; define curricula and paths.
  • Design and scale onboarding, upskilling, and certification across regions.
  • Translate quality data, policy updates, and feedback into training modules.
  • Define and track L&D metrics such as ramp curves and recertification outcomes.
  • Partner with Quality, Operations, Research, and AI Safety teams.
  • Ensure all training content aligns with commitments to welfare and integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in Learning & Development, Training, or Enablement in tech/AI.
  • Proven experience building and scaling training programmes for large, distributed teams.
  • Strong instructional design for complex, policy-heavy, safety-critical workflows.
  • Using operational and quality data to prioritise learning needs and measure effectiveness.
  • Experience designing assessments beyond quizzes—work samples, simulations, calibrations.
  • Experience with AI/ML workflows, data labeling, or AI safety.
