- Proven experience building and scaling training for large distributed teams across regions.
- Strong instructional design for complex, safety-critical workflows.
- Skilled in using data to prioritize learning needs and measure impact.
- Experience designing work samples and simulations for assessments.
- Collaborative with Ops, Quality, Product, and Research teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
