🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in L&D, Training, or Enablement.
  • Proven experience building and scaling training for large distributed teams across regions.
  • Strong instructional design for complex, safety-critical workflows.
  • Skilled in using data to prioritize learning needs and measure impact.
  • Experience designing work samples and simulations for assessments.
  • Collaborative with Ops, Quality, Product, and Research teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
