Project Technology IV

📋 Description

• Design structured cabling, AV, security, nurse call, DAS, data centers.
• Establish and communicate assignments; oversee team progress.
• Work with A/E design team to identify tech scope across markets.
• Integrate projects; communicate and document implementation.
• Coordinate project requirements with other disciplines; prepare contract docs.
• Manage multiple/large projects from concept to construction.
• Meet with clients to learn user needs; develop concepts and recommendations.
• Visit job site to assess conflicts and propose resolution.
• Mentor staff; provide ongoing feedback and mentorship.
• Review proposal drafts; establish timelines for proposals.
• Understand clients' developmental needs; build relationships; network.
• Travel coast to coast to meet project/client needs.
• May perform other duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering; ABET accreditation preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, AV, security, nurse call, DAS, outside plant, data networking, LAN/WAN, voice/data, data centers.
• Understanding of NFPA, FGI, NEC, BICSI, EIA/TIA codes.
• IT system integration with building design; space planning and tech impacts.
• Must be a critical thinker; highly analytical.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client engagement skills.
• Revit proficiency preferred.
