  • Acting as representative for project inquiries and issues, taking ownership and resolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS in IT-related field (IT/CS/CE)
  • 1-3 years' technical software/support experience
  • Excellent communication; interacts professionally with diverse groups and SMEs
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Pro-active, customer-focused, comfortable dealing with clients
  • Organized, meticulous; able to work independently
