📋 Description

• Plan and schedule projects from concept through construction.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules with milestones and approvals.
• Create schedule logic and realistic activity durations.
• Analyze manpower, resources, and schedule performance to forecast.
• Assess design changes and inform management and clients of updates.
• Build and maintain critical path logic networks for forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years of construction scheduling experience with electronic schedules for similar projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera (P6); training preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Primavera (P6), and project controls software.
• Strong knowledge of construction tech, codes, and standards.
• Skilled in resource/cost loading and earned value management.
