Lead design of ductwork, piping, and equipment for plumbing and fire protection.
Mentor designers and engineers; provide technical leadership.
Direct work of junior staff including performance reviews.
QA/QC role and independent reviewer as needed.
Interface with clients and design team; attend OAC meetings.
Model construction drawings in Revit/BIM from schematic to construction.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (ABET preferred).
8+ years of related experience.
Current CPD/PE or FPE in the US preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes.
Proficient with Revit, Trane Trace or 3D Plus.
