Design ductwork, piping and equipment for plumbing & fire protection systems.
Work independently in all Mechanical disciplines with no oversight.
Lead and mentor designers and engineering team.
Direct work of junior staff and conduct annual performance reviews.
Oversee energy model software usage in project work.
Prepare Revit/BIM models for plumbing and fire protection from schematic to construction.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 8+ years of related experience.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes.
Must be able to work independently with no oversight.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus.
