- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress.
- Provide guidance on Adyen’s Issuing products and advise on best-fit solutions.
- Ensure successful project handovers with scalable business-as-usual and support processes.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years delivering complex Card Issuing projects; fintech/neo-banking a plus.
- Excellent project management; lead time-sensitive initiatives.
- Thrive in ambiguity; turn unknowns into scalable, structured reality.
- Client-facing; stakeholder management; influence decisions.
- Global/team collaboration across time zones; international exposure a plus.
- Fluent in English; French/Spanish a plus.
- Willing to travel occasionally (domestic/international).
