🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years managing complex projects or deep payments infrastructure
- Native Spanish and fluent English for business
- Experience setting up complex multi-stakeholder projects (ideally technical)
- Client-facing experience; stakeholder management; able to lead conversations
- Excellent project management skills; able to lead time-sensitive initiatives
- Able to work with a global team across multiple time zones
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally
