  • Own day-to-day coordination of home modification projects from authorization to closeout
  • Partner with Regional Project Manager to prioritize workload and flag risks
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, installations, and inspections
  • Identify and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and vendor delays; escalate as needed
  • Document all significant communications and interactions in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in project coordination, construction management, or similar role
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, or subcontractors
  • Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in a remote, tech-enabled environment with Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the assigned region
