  • Own day-to-day coordination of home modification projects from authorization to closeout
  • Coordinate with Regional Project Manager to prioritize workload and manage risks
  • Schedule site visits, installations, and inspections with providers and clients
  • Identify scheduling conflicts and vendor delays; escalate as needed
  • Serve as primary contact for clients and providers; communicate clearly
  • Document significant communications in Salesforce and maintain records

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction management, field operations, or related role
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, or subcontractors in construction/trades
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to diverse audiences
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple active projects
  • Comfortable working in a remote, tech-enabled environment with proficiency in Salesforce
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, including onsite visits within the assigned region
