  • Lead the Go-Live process: setup, training, and post-launch support.
  • Own onboarding calls, documentation, and go-live milestones.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to train on feature setups and milestones.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of build/train features.
  • Be primary client contact; communicate professionally and promptly.
  • Refine builds with clients; meetings can be virtual or onsite.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS project management role with clients
  • Strong client communication, presentation, problem-solving, negotiation, and project management
  • Knowledge of stakeholder management and customer-centric delivery
  • Adaptable to evolving client needs with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfort traveling up to 3 months per year
  • Experience working across multiple tools and systems
