📋 Description

• Design ductwork, piping, and equipment for HVAC in large-scale buildings.
• Provide technical leadership to designers and engineering team.
• Direct work of junior staff and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Lead QA/QC processes and independent reviews.
• Interface with clients and design team; attend project meetings.
• Prepare Revit/BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering; ABET accreditation preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Current PE in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred; strong Life Safety Codes knowledge.
• Experience using Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and client engagement.
