📋 Description

• Lead complex HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment design for large buildings.
• Interface with clients and design team.
• Lead QAQC and act as independent reviewer.
• Provide technical leadership; mentor designers and engineers.
• Direct work of junior staff and lead performance reviews.
• Oversee energy modeling software usage.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Current PE in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes.
• Experience with Revit, Trane Trace, or Trane 3D Plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to serve in QAQC and as an independent reviewer.
