Project Mechanical Engineer V

📋 Description

• Lead complex HVAC design: ductwork, piping, equipment for large buildings
• Independently perform mechanical design; BIM modeling (Revit)
• Mentor and supervise designers; provide technical leadership
• Interface with clients and project team; attend owner meetings
• Oversee QA/QC and independent design reviews
• Support budget and schedule; participate in value engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years related experience
• Current PE in the United States
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes
• Proficiency with Revit and energy-modeling tools (Trane Trace/3D Plus)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
