Project Mechanical Engineer IV

📋 Description

• Lead complex HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment design for large buildings.
• Provide technical leadership; mentor designers and engineers.
• Direct junior staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Oversee Energy Modeling software usage.
• Prepare Revit/BIM models for HVAC from schematic to construction.
• Specify mechanical equipment (boilers, chillers, AHUs).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Current US PE license required.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes.
• Experience with Revit and energy modeling tools (Trane Trace/3D Plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage with clients.
