🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years PM/Delivery leadership with governance ownership.
- 4+ years as Test Lead/QA Lead across multiple streams.
- Oracle Fusion Finance/Accounting/Reporting experience.
- Agile delivery and cross-stakeholder coordination experience.
- Data engineering platforms (Databricks, Azure) exposure.
- Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master preferred; ISTQB a plus.
