📋 Description

• Lead client relationships to foster future opportunities for CannonDesign.
• Manage client communications and lead meetings to clearly convey design issues.
• Develop early partnering with clients to align expectations and decisions.
• Coordinate project goals, work plans, budgets and schedules with client leadership.
• Oversee design and documentation through construction and maintain records.
• Support business development and internal collaboration to grow top line.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience required.
• Capability of performing in a project management role for single or multiple projects.
• Licensure or registration in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Familiarity with Revit, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam and MS Office.
