Project Manager V

📋 Description

• Lead client relationships to drive future CannonDesign opportunities.
• Develop and maintain positive client relations; communicate issues clearly.
• Lead project teams to meet quality, budget, schedule, and profitability.
• Manage work plans, budgets, schedules; leverage MS Project and Deltek.
• Ensure documentation; QA/QC; risk management and compliance.
• Facilitate collaboration; mentor teams; support business development with Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
• Minimum 10 years related experience.
• US licensure/registration preferred; LEED accreditation preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in the discipline; strong client leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to mentor staff.
