📋 Description

• Lead and nurture client partnerships for future opportunities.
• Maintain positive client relations; communicate issues clearly.
• Establish early partnering to set expectations and decisions.
• Ensure clear client/internal communication; lead meetings.
• Support Business Development with Marketing and Office Leadership.
• Understand contractual obligations; obtain approvals for scope changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience required.
• OSPHD/HCAI experience required.
• Licensure/registration in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam.
