Lead and nurture client relationships for future CannonDesign opportunities.
Develop and maintain positive client relations; communicate design/issues clearly.
Establish partnering with client early; set shared expectations and decisions.
Ensure client/internal communications; lead key meetings and presentations.
Participate in BD activities with Marketing and Office Leadership to grow revenue.
Ensure contractual obligations; obtain approvals for scope changes; manage payables.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
Minimum 10 years related experience required.
HCAI experience required.
Ability to manage single or multiple projects.
Licensure or registration in the United States preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
