📋 Description

• Lead client partnerships to create future opportunities for CannonDesign.
• Maintain positive client relations; communicate design, construction issues clearly.
• Establish early partnering with clients; set shared expectations and decisions.
• Ensure client and internal communications; lead key meetings and presentations.
• Participate in business development with Marketing and Office Leadership.
• Manage scope, risk, and approvals; ensure payables processing with clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• HCAI experience.
• Licensure/registration in the US preferred; LEED accreditation preferred.
• Proficient in Revit, MS Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision.
• Strong client leadership and communication skills.
