Project Manager V

📋 Description

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.
• Build strong client relationships and pursue future opportunities.
• Lead meetings and presentations; clarify design/construction issues.
• Develop partnering with clients to align expectations and timing.
• Support business development with Marketing and Office Leadership.
• Manage risk, QA/QC, and compliance; maintain project records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years related experience; HCAI experience required.
• Capable of managing single or multiple projects; licensure preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred; advanced knowledge in discipline.
• Strong client leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills; QA/QC.
• Familiarity with Revit, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office.
