- Drive deployment of PerfectServe software in ambulatory and enterprise healthcare environments.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery per the PerfectServe PM Methodology.
- Serve as primary customer liaison during implementation with the customer PM.
- Plan scope, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Manage cross-functional teams and transitions from sales to services to support.
- Track progress, budgets, risks, and share status with stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience managing Healthcare IT projects (EMR/EHR) or similar.
- Minimum 2 years' project management experience.
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of PM techniques, tools, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills; able to work independently and in a team.
- Travel up to 10% as required.
