- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Experience producing BRDs, process flows, and functional docs.
- Understanding regulated environments in banking or asset servicing.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong communication; able to explain complex concepts to all stakeholders.
