- Independently lead clinical projects within budget and scope.
- Act as primary client liaison; participate in proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with project teams and senior management, including sponsors and C level.
- Lead all aspects of a clinical research trial or trials.
- Manage data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring and biostatistics.
- Prepare status updates with key deliverables and metrics.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree or life science qualification, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in full service or client-dedicated (FSP) PM role in CRO.
- 5-7 years industry experience with at least 4 years PM in clinical trials for CRO.
- Experience managing studies in Nephrology, Immunology and/or Autoimmune Disease.
- Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint and software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).
