Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder comm.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, refinement, reviews, retros.
Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog with Tech Lead and BA.
Track progress with Agile and traditional metrics (velocity, burndown).
Remove impediments and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Coordinate with QA and test automation to embed quality.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in software delivery project management and Agile facilitation.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery.
Proven ability to support multi-disciplinary software development teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar work-management tools.
English proficiency; daily US stakeholder communication via Slack and video calls.
