Develop project plans and Gantt charts for Forbes Intelligence programs
Define roles and swim lanes across Research, Editorial, Sales, Design, Marketing
Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverable schedules
Monitor progress and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Align list production workflows with editorial content handoffs

🎯 Requirements

3+ years PM experience in media, publishing, research, or marketing
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com)
Experience creating and maintaining Gantt charts and workflows
Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP or PM training
