🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in project/program management or operations.
• Proven process improvement and ability to drive change.
• Excel and Smartsheet familiarity; Salesforce/Power BI a plus.
• Strong communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Bias for action and structured problem solving.
