Project Manager, Professional Services Operations

📋 Description

• Review pipeline deals to confirm services attached; partner with Sales to resolve issues.
• Prepare and validate service estimates; ensure hours align with project requirements.
• Equip PSO and Sales with training, playbooks, and tools.
• Scope and own end-to-end projects from discovery through rollout with milestones.
• Translate complex asks into problem statements and measurable outcomes; execute.
• Map workflows and lead improvements to PSO processes and adjacent systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years in project/program management or operations with cross-functional ownership.
• Proven track record improving processes, identifying data gaps, driving change.
• Familiarity with Excel and Smartsheet; Salesforce or Power BI a plus.
• Practical use of AI-powered tools to speed analysis, documentation, and execution.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
