📋 Description

  • Manage multiple Professional Services projects from kickoff to delivery
  • Build and maintain client relationships, identifying objectives and outcomes
  • Own project plans, schedules, milestones; track progress and risks
  • Lead cross-functional teams, motivating members to meet goals
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and partners to drive success

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience delivering complex client projects
  • 3+ years in SaaS (service delivery or solutions) with hands-on client engagement
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills—effective in-person and virtual
  • Experience managing large-scale and/or enterprise-level event technology implementations
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Leveraged AI tools to streamline workflows and day-to-day efficiency
